Appointments & Deposits
A card on file and a $50 deposit are required to secure your appointment.
• The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Your deposit will be applied toward your service total on the day of your visit.
• If you cancel with at least 48 hours’ notice, your $50 will be credited to your client profile for future use.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice during business hours if you need to cancel or reschedule. If a 48hr notice is not provided prior to cancellation or rescheduling, 50% of the cost of the services booked will be charged.
• Appointments not confirmed within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will be subject to cancellation, and 50% of the cost of the services booked will be charged.
• No-call / no-shows will be charged 100% of the service total.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled to ensure your stylist can stay on time for the rest of their guests.
Guests & Children
To maintain a calm, luxury environment and ensure safety for all guests, no additional guests are permitted to accompany you to your appointment — including children — for any duration of your service.
Refunds & Redos
• We do not offer refunds on services that have already been performed or on retail/boutique purchases.
• If you are dissatisfied with your service, please notify us within 7 days so we can assess and schedule a redo if appropriate.

Please arrive with clean, dry hair so your stylist can create your best possible results.
