Appointment Changes
We kindly request at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments changed within 48 hours or missed without notice may be subject to a fee of 50–100% of the reserved service.
Running Late?
Life happens! If you're running behind, please let us know as soon as possible. Depending on timing, we may need to adjust your service or reschedule your appointment to ensure we can provide the quality and attention you deserve.
A Relaxing Environment
To preserve the peaceful atmosphere we've intentionally created for all guests, we kindly ask that appointments remain guest-free, including children and infants.

For your appointment, we ask that you arrive with clean, dry hair, giving your stylist the perfect canvas to create beautiful results.
