At MMHC we hold value in providing top quality service to our clients. While not only do we hold a high standard to ourselves as a team, we also hold a standard to our clients. This is to ensure a smooth operational experience from start to finish. Please take a minute to review our policies.

We take a card on file and $50 deposit to secure your spot! The deposit is not refundable but it will be credited to your day of service total. The $50 is NON REFUNDABLE AND NON TRANSFERABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS. If you cancel outside of the 48hr notice, your $50 will be credited to your client profile and can be spent only on retail within the salon or towards a new appointment.
There are no refunds for services that have been performed in the salon. Nor do we offer refunds or exchanges on retail/boutique.
NO EXCEPTIONS. If a client is dissatisfied, we must be notified within 7 days of the service performed, and a redo may be permitted.
If you arrive later than 15 minutes past your scheduled time, you will be rescheduled
Please allow at least 48hr notice during business hours if you need to cancel/reschedule to avoid fees. If the appointment is not confirmed within 48hrs it will be automatically canceled and 50% of the services booked will be charged.
No call, no shows will be charged 100% of the services booked.
Please arrive with clean dry hair so that the stylist has the perfect canvas to work with.
